Excellent restaurant where you eat very well, of course quality has its price. Eat excellent biscuit with potatoes and frittis. I strongly recommend it.

Amazing experience at Antica Torre. The hospitality was unparalleled and the food was an incredible experience. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends as it was our favourite in our Tuscany trip!

Fantastic restaurant. This young chef is so talented and inventive. His food is some of the best I have ever tasted in Italy and in Europe. He takes the best produce and transforms it into something even better. He works magic and intensifies the flavours and enhances the textures of every forkful. Beautifully and imaginatively presented , a delight for the tastebuds. Please if you are on holiday in the Prato region do not miss this gem of a restaurant.

A lot of nice things to say about this restaurant.  Charming service, nice dining room, delicious amuse-bouche, nice aperitif, good bread, BUT.......a main course without vegetables ? We had ordered the side dish (my partner herbette saltati, myself the salad).  After 20 minutes they came back and said &#39;sorry no herbette saltati&#39;.  No problems, they had a mixed salad instead.  15 minutes later the main course arrived (quite slow i may add), but just a piece of fish on a plate and NO vegetables.  Around the same time the waiter announced that there was no salad.  We went through a list of possible vegetables to go with the fish.  Did they have any ? No.  Eventually they came up with the idea of bringing some raw carrots and fennel.  Perfectly ok, but seriously for the number 1 rated restaurant in Carmagnano this place should have vegetables.  Apart from that it was a nice dining experience.  Other things to note, wheelchair accessible including disabled toilet, small but nice terrace at the front, and as i said, nice service.

Nice restaurant, good food quality and presentation, by the way a bit too high price, nevetheless suggested.
